PRESENTATION OF TWO SOLUTIONS FOR SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF WASTEWATER FROM PLANT PROTECTION TREATMENTS

Initiative realised in the framework of the DEMO-FARM project for the implementation of demonstration and information actions on the application of the sustainable use of plant protection products in Natura 2000 Network Sites, co-financed by operation 1.2.01 "Demonstration projects and information actions" of the 2014 - 2020 Rural Development Programme of the Lombardy Region. The project leader is the Province of Pavia with partners University of Pavia - Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Agricola 2000 S.C.p.A. and Società Agraria di Lombardia.

This event aims to show two solutions to implement at farm level and in a sustainable manner the degradation of excess PPPs and manage waste water from the internal and external washing of sprayers. It will be possible to view two biobeds and their benefits in containing point source pollution.

PRESENTAZIONE DI DUE SOLUZIONI PER UNA GESTIONE SOSTENBILE DELLE ACQUE REFLUE PROVENIENTI DAI TRATTAMENTI FITOSANITARI

Iniziativa realizzata nell’ambito del progetto DEMO-FARM per la realizzazione di azioni dimostrative e di informazione sull’applicazione dell’uso sostenibile dei prodotti fitosanitari in Siti Rete Natura 2000, cofinanziato dall’operazione 1.2.01 “Progetti dimostrativi e azioni di informazione” del Programma di Sviluppo Rurale 2014 – 2020 della Regione Lombardia. Capofila del progetto è la Provincia di Pavia con partner Università degli Studi di Pavia – Dipartimento di Scienze della Terra e dell’Ambiente, Agricola 2000 S.C.p.A. e Società Agraria di Lombardia.

Il presente evento ha come obiettivo quello di mostrare due soluzioni per attuare a livello aziendale e in maniera sostenibile la degradazione dei prodotti fitosanitari in eccesso e gestire le acque reflue provenienti dal lavaggio interno ed esterno delle macchine irroratrici. Sarà possibile visionare due biobed, presenti sul mercato, e i loro benefici nel contenimento dell’inquinamento puntiforme.
