Josh Phillips, a young Welsh farmer, undertook a tour of innovative farms in Scotland as part of a Farming Connect Travel Scholarship. He was interested in discussing grassland management and improvements to livestock breeding and visited Kirkton & Auchtertyre farms on 11th June 2019 to discuss these issues with Ewen Campbell and Nicola Lambe.
